From reading my soup posts you will soon realise that most of the recipes I cook and share with you fall in one category – creamy and smooth. I know a lot of people like a variety of chunky or smooth soups but I typically stick to any soup I can blend. Any mention of cream in a soup is also a goer for me!
Although the recipe doesn’t mention blending, that didn’t stop us. We also halved the onions and added half a tin of chopped tomatoes for extra flavour.
