Peanut butter and banana combo

In case you don’t spend all your time on Pinterest and Instagram looking at pictures of food like me, and you haven’t heard of this combo before I thought I would share this with you!

This is a spread of peanut butter with sliced banana and a sprinkle of chia seed, for extra nutrients.

I first tried these two food together back at university when I was looking for a quick and easy lunch/brunch option.

Perfect match of sweet/salty.
